What Information We May Share

PiggyTask does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. However, under CCPA/CPRA broad definitions, certain data disclosures to third-party advertising and analytics partners may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing."

We never sell: Your name, email, payout wallet details, phone number, government ID, or any sensitive personally identifying information to data brokers, marketers, or advertisers.

The following categories may be shared with third-party offerwall advertisers, analytics services, and fraud-prevention vendors:

  • Pseudonymized Device Identifiers: Hashed user IDs, anonymous device fingerprints, and browser session tokens used by offerwall partners for offer-completion attribution and fraud scoring.
  • Behavioral Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized task-completion patterns, session duration, and click-path data shared with analytics platforms for platform improvement.
  • Offerwall Conversion Signals: Non-identifying task engagement signals shared with third-party survey and offer partners strictly for commission verification purposes.
Sensitive Personal Information: Under CPRA, we do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to provide PiggyTask services. You may further limit such use via the opt-out form below.

Request Verification & Processing Timeline

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, PiggyTask verifies your identity before acting on any CCPA request. Here is how the process works:

Request Submission (Day 0)

You submit this form. An automated confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.

Identity Verification (Days 1–5)

Our Privacy Desk verifies your identity by matching your submission against your PiggyTask account records. We may request additional verification via your account email.

Acknowledgement (Within 15 Days)

We acknowledge receipt of your verified request in writing within 15 business days as required by CCPA.

Processing & Fulfillment (Within 45 Days)

Your request is processed and fulfilled within 45 calendar days. Complex requests may require a one-time 45-day extension, notified in advance.

Re-Opt-In: If you opt out, you may opt back in at any time by contacting our Privacy Desk. We will not re-enroll you in data sharing without your explicit written consent.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit CCPA/CPRA requests on your behalf. We require the following:

  • Written Authorization: A signed, written permission document explicitly authorizing the agent to act on your behalf for CCPA purposes — submitted together with the request.
  • Power of Attorney: A valid California Probate Code power of attorney grants automatic authorization without additional written permission.
  • Identity Verification: PiggyTask reserves the right to contact you directly to verify that you authorized the agent's request, to protect against unauthorized submissions.
Authorized agent requests must be emailed to [email protected] with subject: "CCPA Authorized Agent Request", including the signed authorization document as an attachment.
